Meet the mastermind behind Lake Keowee Radio Online Jazzy Jeff Bright. Jeff has been a lifelong resident of Oconee County and South Carolina. Jeff has over 28 years in broadcasting having started here at home on AM-1150 WSNW and 98.1 WBFM. From On-Air, Chief Engineer, Marketing and General Manager. Jeff has built many stations and programmed many Classic Hits, Oldies, Big Band, MOR, and Carolina Beach Music. Jeff became a very successful Carolina Beach Music DJ back in 1991 when he became the Host of The Greatest Hits on WCCP-FM 105.5 in Clemson. Jeff has had a success story in every station he built.
So throughout it all Jeff has kept head high and dug down creating a worldwide online station. Jeff was Lake Keowee when nothing was here. And he's been playing music continuously for years. Lake Keowee Radio Online represents just who and what I'm. We are Seneca, SC Strong, and Oconee County, SC Awesome!
Jeff is glad to be doing what he loves to do. Playing the Classic Hits and be a fixture in his home town of Seneca, SC. Since April 13th Jeff is been helping Seneca recover from the heartbreaking damage of the EF-3 Tornado that rolled through!
Jeff is married to the Lovely Laurie Ellenburg Bright from the Keowee Community and lives on Lake Keowee. No, we don't live in Keowee Key but we do own 3 acres of what is probably the last unrestricted piece of property on Lake Keowee. Jeff and Laurie have a 16-year-old son who plays football for Walhalla High School. Jeff gives him a hard time about being in school at Walhalla since Jeff is a Graduate of Seneca High School 1994. And he's still outnumbered. Laurie is a graduate of Walhalla High School and Clemson University. She teaches 5th Grade at Keowee Elementary School. Jeff still works in the community for a local Computer and High-Speed Internet Company called Net Doctors in Seneca, SC
